How can I use WebTitan to filter multiple domains?
The WebTitan Web Filter to be easily deployed in most existing network environments. By directly integrating with most popular Authentication methods, WebTitan makes it simple for administrators to configure granular Internet access policies without the need for additional user account management.
To filter multiple domains using WebTitan, you need to add your LDAP servers and ensure that when adding them tick the ‘Enable multi domain support’ box. You then include the name of the domain in the form ‘domain.local’
Multi domain support only works with LDAP authentication, it is important that you set this as your authentication method from the ‘System Setup > Authentication’ tab. When users try to authenticate they will have to include the domain they belong to. For example when providing the username it will have to appear like this: username@domain.local
